Gifts for care home's children - Upcountry

For this month, we will be assisting ten Upcountry children's homes.  The project will benefit 122 female and 141 male children.

Through this project, we aim to individually assist each child with their basic needs (clothes, shoes, school supplies etc).  Also, we hope to provide homes with game/play equipment, musical instruments or other supplies that children can share and enjoy.

This assistance will bring small joy to the children who have been confined to care homes for more than a year.

November project is undertaken in memory of Dr. Sivabalan Thambimuth. Dr. Sivabalan has been a contributor since the first project to last month’s project.  

மலையகத்தில் உள்ள பத்து சிறுவர் இல்லங்களில் வசிக்கும் 263 சிறுவர்களுக்கு சிறிய உதவிகளை வழங்கவுள்ளோம்.  இவர்களில் 122 பெண் சிறுவர்களும் 141 ஆண் சிறுவர்களும் அடங்குவர். 

இவ்வுதவியானது இல்லங்களின் தனிப்பட்ட  தேவைகளுக்கு ஏற்ப வேறுபடுவதாக இருந்தாலும் இதனது நோக்கம் சிறுவர்களுக்கான அத்தியாவசியபொருள் ( உடை, பாதணி, பாடசாலை உபகரணங்கள் ) அத்துடன் அனைவரும் பாவித்து மகிழக்கூடிய உள்ளக விளையாட்டுப் பொருட்கள் அல்லது இசைக்கருவிகள் ஆக அமைய இருக்கிறது.

கடந்த ஆண்டிலிருந்து இல்லங்களுக்குள்ளேயே இருந்த இச்சிறுவர்களுக்கு,  தற்போது நிலவும் மழை காலத்தில் எம்மாலான இந்த சிறிய உதவிப்பொருட்கள் சிறு மகிழ்வினையாவது வழங்கும் என நம்புகிறோம்.

இவ்வுதவியானது மருத்துவர் சிவபாலன் தம்பிமுத்து  அவர்களின் நினைவாக நிகழ்கிறது. அவர்கள் அறம் செய்வோம் அறக்கட்டளையின் முதலாவது  அறப்பணி முதல் கடந்த மாத செயற்றிட்டம் வரையில் எம்முடன் பயணித்து, பங்கேற்ற பங்களிப்பாளர்.
