You can support underprivileged children and youth back home by donating gently used, clean, and good-quality clothes or new clothes. This kind action helps reduce waste and improve the environment as well.

Our first clothing drive on May 24/25, 2025, has concluded. The collected clothes are now being shipped to care homes in the Eastern province of Sri Lanka. Thank you for your generous support!

We plan to conduct Clothing Drives periodically for Children's care homes in Sri Lanka.

Donation Guidelines

    •    Quality: Gently used, clean, and in good condition, or new items.
    •    Suitability: Appropriate for warm and tropical climates (Northern, Eastern, UpCountry regions of Sri Lanka).
    •    Drop off Date and Packaging: We plan to ship in Spring and Fall from Toronto. Spring 2025 is being shipped.  The fall dates will be announced in late August. If you have enough clothes to fill a box, and would like to ship sooner, please contact us!

Packaging and Shipping

LetUsHelpNow volunteers help review, fold, package and transport the clothes.  We ship the clothes to care homes via TVS Cargo. The cost for a large box (24x18x18 inches) is $110.00.  Kind donors usually cover this cost.
