Ezhuka - Capacity Building Workshop for Special Needs Caregivers at Trincomalee
Ezhuka is a capacity-building project by LetUsHelpNow Foundation. Through this initiative, we are helping to organize a workshop to build the capacity of the caregivers of special needs children to better understand and serve the personal, educational, and career development of those children.
This is our third project, our previous workshops were at ORHAN, Vavuniya, and Ozanam, Batticaloa. Three experts associated with Victory Special Study Centre are traveling from Colombo to Trincomalee to deliver five days of sessions to caregivers/teachers. Trincomalee workshops are a collaboration project with Sahana Sewana, Seruvila, and the HOPE Organization, Trincomalee.
Aug 27 - Sahana Sewan - Rehabilitation and Vocational Training Center for Persons with Disabilities (Seruvila, Trincomalee) - Workshop for children and caregivers at the center, benefitting 33 children and 3 teachers.
Aug 28 - HOPE Organization (Trincomalee) - Observation and assessment of disabled people from the HOPE community.
Workshops at Kulakkottam Auditorium and Training Center, Trincomalee
Aug 29 - for Trincomalee HOPE Organization community (benefitting ~24 children / 2 teachers)
Aug 30 - for Parents, Caregivers, and Teachers in Trincomalee (benefitting ~30-40 people)
Aug 31 - for Special Needs Units of Trincomalee Schools (benefitting ~40 children / 10 teachers from 7 schools)
எழுக - அறம் செய்வோம் அறக்கட்டளையின் மூன்றாவது திறன் மேம்படுத்தல் செயல் திட்டமாக சிறப்புத் தேவையுள்ளவர்களின் தனி மனித வளர்ச்சி, கற்றல், தொழிற் பயிற்சி தொடர்பான தேவைகளை அறிந்து, அவற்றை மேம்படுத்த பராமரிப்பாளர்களுக்கான பயிலரங்குகள் திருகோணமலையில் நடைபெறவுள்ளன. சிறப்புத் தேவையுள்ளவர்களின் தனிப்பட்ட தேவைகள் தனிப்பட ஆராய்ந்தும் உள்ளீடுகள் வழங்கப்படும்.
இத்துறை சார்நத Victory Special Study Centre சார்ந்த மூன்று வல்லுனர்கள் கொழும்பிலிருந்து சென்று இந்த பயிலரங்குகளை வழிநடத்துவார்கள். திருகோணமலை நிகழ்வுகள் Sahana Sewana, Seruvila மற்றும் HOPE Organization, Trincomalee ஆகிய அமைப்புகளோடான கூட்டுச் செயற்திட்டமாக அமைகிறது. இந்த பயிலரங்குகள் ஐந்து நாட்களாக நடைபெறும். விபரங்கள் கீழே.
ஆகஸ்ட் 27 - சஹன செவன - ஊனமுற்றோர் புனர்வாழ்வு மற்றும் பயிற்சிக்கான நிறுவனம் (புதிய நகரன், சேருவில், திருகோணமலை) - நிறுவனத்தின் சிறுவர்களுக்கும் பராமரிப்பாளர்களுக்கான பயிலரங்கு. இதினூடாக 33 சிறுவர்களுக்கும் 3 ஆசிரியர்களும் பயன்பெறுவார்கள்.
ஆகஸ்ட் 28 - HOPE நிறுவனம் (திருகோணமலை) - HOPE நிறுவனத்தோடு இணைந்திருக்கும் சிறுவர்களை அவதானித்து மதிப்பீடு செய்தல்.

ஆகஸ்ட் 29 - HOPE நிறுவன சிறுவர்கள் மற்றும் ஆசிரியர்களூக்கானது (பயனாளர்கள்: ~24 சிறுவர்களும் 2 ஆசிரியர்களும்)
ஆகஸ்ட் 30 - திருகோணமலை சிறப்புத் தேவையுள்ளோர் பெற்றோர்கள், பராமரிப்பாளர்கள், ஆசிரியர்கள் அனைவருக்குமானது (~30 - 40 பயனாளர்கள்)
ஆகஸ்ட் 31 -திருகோணமலை பாடசாலைகளில் உள்ள சிறப்புத் தேவையுள்ளோர் அலகுகளுக்கான பயிலரங்கு (7 பள்ளிகளைச் சார்ந்த 40 சிறுவர்களும் 10 ஆசிரியர்களும் பயன்பெறுவார்கள்)
