JJCDR has a mobility manufacturing workshop in another nearby location. JJCDR is finding it difficult to manage the workshop in a separate facility. Colocating the mobility manufacturing operations in the primary office will reduce the operational cost, improve the supervision of staff, and help it more effectively coordinate the manufacturing workflow. JJCDR will be better positioned to further improve its services. Though fully modernizing the JJCDR is a much larger project, co-locating the mobility manufacturing workshop is an integral component of that project.
